Are you a data-driven storyteller who knows how to grab attention on a crowded feed? We are looking for a sharp, results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to take our online presence to the next level.
In this role, your primary mission is simple: turn attention into attendance. You will design and execute hyper-targeted digital campaigns, craft high-engagement content, optimize our customer funnels, and build a buzzing online community. If you know how to leverage social media, short-form video, and clever messaging to get real people to show up to real-world events, this is the role for you.ย
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google, and other relevant platforms to drive event ticket sales.
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Write high-converting ad copy, event descriptions, and email newsletters. Collaborate on (or directly create) engaging visual content, reels, and stories that showcase our event experiences.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key metrics like Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates. Use data to constantly tweak and optimize ad spend.
- Local Community Growth: Engage with our audience online, respond to comments/DMs, and leverage local community groups, micro-influencers, and event listing platforms to amplify reach.
- Funnel Automation: Set up and manage automated email or WhatsApp marketing workflows to nurture leads, handle event reminders, and collect post-event feedback.
Must Have
- Proven Track Record: Solid experience managing paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager is a must) with a focus on conversions or ticket sales.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze marketing analytics and transform raw data into actionable strategies.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram's algorithm, trends, and content hooks, especially regarding short-form video (Reels).
- Sharp Copywriting: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write catchy headlines and clear, urgent calls-to-action (CTAs).
- Growth Mentality: A self-starter who loves experimenting with new hooks, formats, and target angles to find what converts best.
Nice to have
- asic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro).
- Prior experience marketing localized experiences, hospitality brands, community events, or entertainment tech.
